When does the Black Friday sale begin?
The Black Friday sale will begin on Friday, November 27, 2020 at 12am EST.
When does the Black Friday sale end?
The Black Friday sale will end on Monday, November 30, 2020 at 11:59pm MST.
If we have an encore event, it will take place from December 1, 2020 at 12am MST - 11:59pm MST.
Are sale items eligible for the sale discount?
Yes. The discount applies to all items on the website, including Sale Items, but it excludes gift cards and doorbusters.
What is the Black Friday sale discount this year?
The Black Friday sale discount is 35% off your entire order with free shipping on orders $30 and above within the contiguous United States.
Where does the free shipping offer apply?
Free shipping on orders $30 and above will be available within the contiguous United States.
Can I apply multiple discounts during the sale?
Unfortunately, discounts cannot be stacked.
Are sale items returnable or refundable?
Purchases of sale items are final and will not be accepted for returns or refunds
May I apply the discount to items I purchased previously or items after the sale is over?
Per our policy, the discount cannot be applied to previous orders or orders placed after the sale has finished. The discount can only be used between Friday, November 27, 2020 and Monday, November 30, 2020.
May I cancel or change an order once it has been placed?
Due to our process and the warehouse system we use, no changes can be made to an order once it is placed. Although your order might show as processing, it has dropped to our warehouse and the information has been submitted, processed and the paperwork printed. It is among hundreds of other orders and we are unable to retrieve an order for changes due to that.
Do you cover shipping fees for returns or reorders?
Except for the case of damaged or defective products, we do not cover any shipping fees on returns and reorders
